Old Ottawa South residentsGeorgina Hunter and Anne-Marie Corbett spearheaded the initiative by applying for the subsidy and raising more than $10,000 from the local community and business. Along with the City, Councillor Inez Berg and the Ottawa South Community Association, they oversaw the completion of the project.
