Usually, the second last Friday of each month: In 2002-03 - August 16 (September issue), September 20 (October issue), October 18 (November issue), November 15 (December issue), December 20 (January 2003 issue), January 17 (February 2003 issue), February 14 (March 2003 issue), March 21 (April 2003 issue), April 18 (May 2003 issue), May 16 (June 2003 issue). No July or August 2003 issue.
OSCAR is generally distributed by the 15th of the month.

All payments to be made by cheque payable to The O.S.C.A.R.
